In what could be a first for Portland,Me., local retro/dark-wavers,
Hiss & Chambers, team up with Portland Dj’s for Making Lies,
a remix ep of songs from last years Hiss & Chambers debut
Making Eyes.
Contributing remixes of the popular songs “Glory#1” and “Decay”
are Moshe, Jason Keith, Mike Clouds, Brandon Miles and current
Hiss & Chambers guitarist j.hjort. The re-works vary from grime-hop
to up-tempo dance and electronica displaying each producer’s unique
sound.
Making Lies also features a rare acoustic bedroom demo of “Glory #1”
by Hiss & Chambers singer, Shawn Saindon.
Making lies-Remixes will be available digitally worldwide on Tuesday
October 27th at www.milledpavement.com.
